Supermarkets customers would recommend in Australia 2019
In a 2019 survey about whether or not respondents would recommend certain supermarkets to friends and family, 99 percent said they would recommend Harris Farm Markets. Comparatively, Australia’s two biggest supermarkets, Woolworths and Coles, had 80 and 75 percent of respondents respectively say that they would recommend them to others.
Product ranges and quality
As part of the same survey, respondents were asked several questions about different aspects of Australian supermarkets. When asked about product ranges, 81 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with its product range. By comparison, 68 percent of Woolworths customers said they were satisfied, as well as 65 percent of Coles customers.
Overall supermarket customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction with supermarkets in Australia is generally mostly high. In the same survey, 69 percent of Woolworths customers said they were satisfied, as did 67 percent of Coles customers. Elsewhere, 82 percent of Foodland customers as well as 81 percent of Harris Farm Markets customers said they were satisfied with the companies. With fresh products, 87 percent said they were satisfied with Harris Farm Markets produce. Woolworths and Coles customers were less satisfied in this area too, achieving 65 and 64 percent of respondents respectively who said they were happy.
